Chrome
LignoSulfonate is a special drilling mud deflocculant used in
water-base mud systems. Its characteristics of anti-high temperature,
anti-electrolytes and etc. are mainly suitable for the deep drilling
in the condition of high-ore content and complex geology.

Characteristics:
-
Anti-high temperature: at 150-160’C,
the mud performance keeps 16 hours constantly.
- Anti-Electrolytes: In 2% salt
water, its mud performance is better than those of Ferrochrome
Lignosulfonate.
- The dilution performance: in the
same mud, it is better than Ferrochrome Lignosulfonate.
- Its characteristics of Excellent
thinning performance, filtration control capacity and powerful
anti-electrolytes make it suitable to all kinds of mud.
Applications:
It may be added 0.5-1% into drilling
mud as deflocculant in the form of either water solution or powder.
After each addition, it is necessary to adjust the PH value of the mud
system to an approximate range of 10.0 – 10.5.
