Quality Improvement Report (QIR) : Quality improvement in our products, services, and our behaviors around safety, health, and environment is a continuous process of betterment. We are committed to being a quality company in every aspect of our business.  All stakeholders that come in contact with our products and services are encouraged to send us a QIR, anytime we may breach this commitment. Our Quality Department has 30 days to bring closure to any infractions, and will respond to every stakeholders' concern. Our senior management is committed to this quality initiative and kept abreast of all QIRs'.
